I changed the format without knowing. I want my old page back.

While trying to print out a page, I changed the page format. Now, the toolbar goes away except when I put my cursor at the top of the screen and the complete top of the tool bar is gone. I can't edit or do file operations or bookmark. All I want to do is restore my simple, original page format.
