Why does FF4 open in safe mode about half the time when I start it?

About half the time I start FF4 a dialog box opens, telling me that FF4 ids running Safe mode with several things listed that I can change or disable. Iusually exit and try to restart FF4 it usually goes ahead and starts properly but sometimes it takes several trys.

Make sure that you do not press the Shift key while you click the Firefox desktop shortcut.
