How do I change the name of a bookmarked site?

My bookmarks take their name from the URL. I want to simplify their names. For example I want to call my weather site "weather" and my banking site "Banking", etc. How do I change the names?

You can change the name via the details pane in the bottom right of the Bookmarks Manager after you have selected that bookmark. You can also right click a bookmark in the bookmarks sidebar (Cmd+B) and open the Properties.
