Emails that I have received on my yahoo account contain attachments, saved as word documents or powerpoint or pdf files. Today, when I tried to download these files, the daownloading software could not recognise the file format in any of the files (I tried with twenty different files), and therefore could not download or save the files. The pop up window simply states "Resolving...." and does not change at all. Please assist me to download file attachments on emails that come through yahoo, when I use Firefox as my browser.
