Check the date and time in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar. See Secure connection and security warning error pages in Firefox

Does it work if you disable OCSP?

Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Validation

I got the same problem: since a couple of days I can't log in Hotmail. I try to disable OCSP, but it doesn't work.
