Unable to receive new emails even after deleting old messages.

I got as far as the printscreen part. I chose Win key + printscreen but I don't know if it worked. I don't blame you if you give up on me but maybe you can tell me what to do after I take a print screen? Judy

You can add images in this forum after clicking on the "Browse..." button below the reply window. I had sent you a private message which you did not read. When you are logged in the forum first click on your name/avatar in upper right corner and the on "Inbox"
