attempted to reach this site in my Mac "https://www.copera.org/" and get this error in return. Works when on my iphone no problem. I have in the past been able to reach this site on this same computer so i dont know what has changed or how to fix this issue. Any help would be apprciated.

Fastly, the provider of network services for that site, is blocking your computer perhaps deeming it too old thus insecure.
Can you update your macOS to a newer system version?
There are some tricks provided in https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1579167 that might help working around the security block by obscuring the browser identification with an add-on, if you want to try that route.
