Once again Firefox changed my menu settings for Android

I made the mistake of updating a working version of Firefox for Android and once again I had settings forced upon me. The Settings menu on the bottoms is horrible to navigate and I absolutely do not want nor need it. Apparently now I can't access the secret menu to fix it to the old side view for settings. Is there a way to change this? I'm at the point of frustration.

Hi

I would always suggest that you update to the latest Release version of Firefox for Android so that you have the latest security and stability improvements. It is currently not possible to go back to the old interface.

So you're saying Mozilla is following the horrible pattern that so many other developers have, deciding they know better than the users when it comes to functionality and UI?
