I seem to have a BETA VPN TAB on my Firefox window, and now I am being blocked from places like Macys.com with the notice "You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server. Reference: 0.6424c317.1775505084.b8df2147"
Tried to access "https://www.macys.com/" and now getting messages that say "Access Denied You don't have permission to access the requested URL on this server. Reference: 0.6424c317.1775505084.b8df2147"
I gather this has something to do with the new VPN Beta Tab on my Firefox window that I didn't ask for and cannot figure out how to get rid of - or turn off.

They're unstable for everyone, not just Firefox, it's not caused by VPN.
