On the addressbook pane, just to the right of the 'new contact' button, is a small icon for creating mailing lists.
Thank you, David. That was the issue; I could not use that mechanism to create and use a mailing list. Our pastor solved the problem, and the "button" and the other utilities are now in place. Thank you. Lisa A.
