No, you can’t add extensions (like Honey) to Firefox for iOS and here’s why:
Extensions on iOS
Firefox for iOS is available and works as a standard browser.
It has built-in features (like tracking protection etc.), but not full extension support.
According to Mozilla’s support page: “Add-ons for the desktop and Android version of Firefox are unavailable for Firefox for iOS.”
Multiple user reports say the same:
“There are no extensions for Firefox on iPhone/iPad due to Apple’s restrictions…”
Why extensions don’t work
On iOS, by Apple’s rules, all browsers must use its WebKit engine and are subject to certain limitations.

That restricts what third-party browsers (like Firefox) can do in terms of extensions. For example, Mozilla says the iOS version is “basically a shell” under those rules.
One thread:
“Because Apple doesn’t allow alternative browser engines on its app store… so Firefox on iOS… Firefox extensions don’t work on iOS.”

'''What about in the near future / EU / special cases'''
There has been discussion that in the European Union, with recent iOS updates (like iOS 17.4) Apple started allowing alternative browser engines (outside WebKit) for browsers in the EU region.

However: Even in that case, extension support for Firefox on iOS is not yet available as far as Mozilla has confirmed.
So unless you're in a special beta/region version, it’s unlikely you’ll be able to install Honey (or similar browser-extensions) in Firefox on iOS at the moment. -->
