Newly created subdirectory doesn't inherit settings from parent directory
I frequently have to create new subdirectories (even 2 or 3 times each day). But new ones have default settings. I wish they can automatically inherit the settings of their parent directory. I know I can adjust settings after directory creation, but IMO this is time wasting. How can I have this done automatically, at the creation of the new directories? Thank you.
