Can't access a link under a website

I have an account with Chewy. When I try to access the link to "My Pet" I receive this message:

400 Bad request Your browser sent an invalid request.

I don't understand why or how to correct it.

Likely this error is caused by outdated or corrupted cookies. Here's documentation on how to clear cookies and site data. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox

First clear cookies and site data for just the website. If that doesn't fix it try, clearing all cookies and site data for the entire browser.
