Tabs crashing an unusual amount of times in the last several weeks
To whomever this concerns,
Paul from Mastodon said I should submit a ticket with my crash reports.
'Firefox has become unreliable at times in at least the last several weeks, I don't remember exactly how long. It gets to the point where any new tabs are non-functional, I have to restart the browser for Firefox to start working again.'
I recently submitted unsubmitted crash reports, I'm not a Mozilla dev, but I noticed a common theme is: "Quota manager shutdown timed out." A one-off crash was "IPC FatalError in the parent process!"
Here's my crash report id's:

Idk if this is helpful.
Idk if I'm the only one running into these issues, but if the average Joe was, I could see them abandoning Firefox due to these annoyances; so with your dwindling marketshare, I hope this is something you can resolve before it bothers too many people.
Best of luck~

You are not alone with this issue. I have to admit that I haven't been in Win 11 in about a week and logged in today and it was a mess... Firefox and Waterfox crashing. I'll have to try again tomorrow. ;-))

It looks like a cache issue. It cannot remove it. Try to clear the cache.
All is well for me today in Windows. ;-)

Is this cache the same as the Startup Cache? see screenshot
