Do you mean accessing a website that only works with insecure http:// and not with secure https:// ?

Do you get a warning page that the website doesn't support a secure connection or does the page stay blank ? Can you create an exception by clicking the padlock icon in the location bar? Did you try to create an HTTPS-Only Mode 'off' exception ?
