New feature in FF 116.0 - copy file from operating system, paste it into Firefox
This seems like an interesting and potentially useful feature. There's only one problem...what does it mean to do this? I can't find an explanation anywhere I look.

Seems like it's the fix for this bug. The bug notes themselves have some detail on what was actually changed.
