I purchased ID Resolve but there is no Add On for it that I can find. It only seems to work on Chrome & Safari which I do not want to use. The online software is running "Iris" and works well with Chrome, but I prefer to use Firefox, please help.

Unfortunately, what Browser the software ID Resolver works on is based on the company not Firefox. I've seen and used that software before and they are Very Specific which Browser to use for Identification verification of financial institutions. So at this point you don't have a choice here as the the Browser to use. And at this point Firefox isn't their approved Browser.
