OTHER PROBLEMS IN ANDROID ScreenshotGo: Question I must get help for: When wanting to take a ScreenshotGo Screenshot of a Credit Card Statement webpage or a Screenshot of a Bank Statement webpage especially for something important as an Invoice/Proof of Purchase. User can't do it when I try it all gets Blacked Out (totally Black page instead of a picture of a Credit Statement) very weird. Can someone please tell me if there's a fix to this problem? Other Screenshot apps, do not do this! Thanks, Barry

Those page are likely to have security controls in place to prevent you taking screenshots.
Are you able to visit the page on a desktop computer? The screenshot tool in the computers operating system may just work. Failing that, you may have to save the files as a .pdf (again, in a desktop computer) and then take screenshots.
