Bookmarks not saved down prior to computer reset
I own a mac and had to erase all my data from my computer in order to upgrade to new system. Issue is - the apple support person did not remind me to save down my firefox browser data/bookmarks. Now my mac is updated and it's like a brand new computer. I searched previous forums and apparently firefox automatically saves down your data but I don't see it in the appropriate folder (Old Firefox Data >bookmarkbackups) - I see data from 2016 and 2017. Can I recover these bookmarks?? I had a lot of important ones saved..

Unless the data was saved someplace . . . .
With Windows, there is an option to save the old data. Ask the support person if the data was saved.
Apple is not able to help with that because Firefox is not an Apple product. I was logged into my user profile on firefox before I erased the computer. Does that help my case?
