Crashing after closing a live stream tab

For some unknown reason, whenever I close a live stream tab, whether it's Twitch or Youtube Live, my browser will freeze for a couple of minutes before returning to normal. Also, it doesn't happen if I opened a stream but closed it after a few minutes of watching but if I watched the stream for an extended period of time then it will almost always crash.

Anyone else have this weird issue? Any help would be appreciated thank you.

What security software are you running? Have you tried running Windows in Safe Mode to see if you have the same issue?
