Firefox asks repeatedly if I want to close multiple tabs
I have the preference turned on to warn me when quitting the browser with open tabs. However, Firefox asks me if I'm sure I want to quite and close tabs for every tab that I have open (up to about 10, and then it just quits).

Does this start from trying to close just the current tab, or using Firefox > Quit (or the "3-bar" menu button > Quit) or from some other trigger?

It happens when using Firefox > Quit or using the Command-Q shortcut (I'm on OS X).
