Can't play Dailymotion videos

Raphaël отвечено
Raphaël

Hi,

I've noticed that I can't play Dailymotion videos on Firefox and on Twitter as well.

But on Google Chrome and Samsung Internet browser it works fine.

FYI I have a Samsung Galaxy A9 with Android 10 and Firefox latest version 68.7.0.

Could you please help me in order to fix this issue.

Many thanks for your help !

Hi Raphaël

I just tried it myself, I can see what you mean.

I recomend that you try the new Firefox Preview browser, available from the Google Play store. I tried to watch a video from that site in Firefox Preview and it did load and play.

Hi Raphaël

What happens when you try to play the videos?

Is there an error message that you are seeing?

Hi Seburo,

No I don't see any error message. I'm actually unable to click on play button to start the video.

I've tried it too but I have the same issue.

I'm still unable to start the video. The play button is framed.

You can find in attachment a screenshot.

Do you have any update ?

Because it's still not working on my side. Neither on Firefox Preview nor on Firefox ...
