Streaming websites (including YouTube) not working on iOS

I’ve had this problem for a few months and can’t find any fix. Streaming websites will not let me play videos at full screen. Today I loaded YouTube (the site, not the app) and it says the current version will not be supported and it says full screen videos are not supported. I’ve attached screenshots. Everything is already up to date, I tried resetting cookies, etc. This is getting super frustrating. Also the same problem loading inline images on gmail messages.

I noticed the same issue on my iPhone I can't access Streaming websites (including Amazon prime & Netflix) not working on iOS 11.1.0, also Downloaded media files not open on a default media player, I submit my iPhone one of iPhone professional near[[ iphone service center dubai|https://www.mobilerepairdubai.net/iphone-repair-dubai/]] , they are working on it, its a major issue and others service center charged me a very high price for it. but they have charged me an affordable price.
