Toolbar for copy & paste (cut & paste, select all, etc.) doesn't show up. DEVICE: Android Samsung Galaxy S10 cell phone (bought in March, 2019). Please, help. Thank you.

What happens when you long press on some text that you wish to copy?
Hi, & thank you. When I long press on text, the text is highlighted. The toolbar doesn't show up.
