enclosed is the screen shot you requested of the blue banner issue everything is updated addons completed did what you instructed to provide and upload screen shot to no avail the solution doesn not allow me to again not be able to upload screen shot the banner is at the gear icon it is a blue banner suggesting to set my homepage which I have repeatedly done

tech and computer people have wild dreams and ideas but the only thing that ever works is the error messages very creative and well accomplished they have an error message for everything and of course they should as nothing works 1 lousy screen shot is to large wow pathetic
