When I try to print a page and, for example, I want the printer to print on both sides of the paper, I have to do this through printer properties after opening the PRINT dialog box. When I click PROPERTIES, firefox freezes and then restarts.

That isn't a FF issue but Printer Software/Driver issue that is most likely causing the problem.
