Audio sync issue

Hello, since updating to Quantum I've noticed an audio issue with streaming videos from pretty much any website, particularly youtube. After a few minutes, the sync of audio and video will be off, and it gets worse as it goes. It can be reset by refreshing the video or pausing/playing again, but obviously this is an issue I'd rather not have in the first place.

I've tried my other browsers Edge and Chrome without any issues. Downloaded videos play fine too, and it's a new computer on Windows 10, fully up to date.

Please advise on how to fix, thank you.

Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
