I just bought the premium version of Video Download Helper, specifically for the "download and convert" feature, and it worked once. Now, it is hung up.

I just bought the premium version of Video Download Helper, specifically for the "download and convert" feature, and it worked once. Now, it is hung up. It's been all day since I started my last download/conversion, and it's still saying that it's "running". This is sure NOT what I paid for.
