How can i export my desktop bookmarks on my android?

My desktop crashed, desktop bookmarks are synchronized to Firefox sync, i see them on the android device. Unfortunatly i lost my sync password, with resetting the password all prior desktop bookmarks are lost. But bookmarks are still on the android devices, How to get them back on the desktop?

Ok, it's synced back to the desktop. It just takes about an hour.
