My profile cannot be loaded.

I tried all tips from Mozilla support but it doesn't help. My profile is deleted as I reinstalled Windows and I cannot open profile manager to create a new one, as Firefox won't run at all. Profile Manager is not accessible through windows serach. Checked in Task Manager - Firefox is closed. Tried deleting and reinstalling Firefox, the problem still exists. What should I do?

Know how ya feel. I have not had a profile manager install since before it was Firefox. Give this a try: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
