महोदय, गेले काही वर्षांपूर्वी पासून फायरफॉक्सचा वापर करत आहे परंतु मागील काही दिवसांपासून त्रुटींमुळे हे अॅप वापरणे अडचणीचे ठरले आहे. ओपनिंग करते वेळी काही सेकंदासाठी ओपन होते व आपोआप बंद होते असे दोन तीन वेळा प्रयत्न केले नंतर सोबत स्क्रीन शॉट जोडले आहेत त्या प्रमाणे सेफ मोड मधून ओपनिंग होते असे प्रतेक वेळी करावे लागते
