I somehow restricted facebook from showing me the pictures on my account while on 'inspect element' of one picture. How can I get them back.

Changes in the Inspector tool should be temporary, but Facebook might not have fully reloaded the page. You can try using Command+Shift+r to reload the page bypassing cached pages to see whether that resolves it.

If images are still missing, review the permission checkboxes in the Page Info dialog. Either:

  • right-click (or on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank area of the page and choose View Page Info > Media
  • (menu bar) Tools menu > Page Info > Media
  • click the padlock or "i" icon to the left of the site address, then the ">" icon, then More Information > Media

Click in the list of images and arrow down slowly, keeping an eye on the little checkbox above the preview image. If there is a checkmark in the box for any images, remove it. When you're done, you can close the dialog (there's no Save button) and reload the page again.

Changes in the Inspector tool should be temporary, but Facebook might not have fully reloaded the page. You can try using Command+Shift+r to reload the page bypassing cached pages to see whether that resolves it.

If images are still missing, review the permission checkboxes in the Page Info dialog. Either:

So thankful, I was trying all kind of things. There was only one of the url address with a 'Block', but it was enough to block all of my pictures. Thanks again.
