When I enter a letter O I am prompted to a site that I no longer use. How can I get rid of this site?

I no longer use optumrx. When I enter the letter O it keeps on prompting me to go to optumrx. I no longer want to see this "helpful" site appear when I enter the letter O.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
