how do you get a open NAT for xbox live

i like playing xbox live with my friends but as our internet got cut off i use my mobile hotspot only for emergencies but when i use my mobile hotspot i can connect but due to my NAT Settings i cant connect to xbox live this would really help because i want to play minecraft with my friends.

I think your internet connection has some problem
I looked online and it had tutorials but it all involved a ethernet cable and computer but it had ones that i could do but it does not work for my xbox.
