Why can't I install update my FFOS in ZTE Open C?

I tried downloading update from the Software update option. My phone downloads the updates but after that shows Update failed. I have tried and failed several times. Then I tried installing different update packages from SD Card in Boot menu. But "Signature verification failed".

What should I do?

Hi Anup,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your ZTE Open C device updates. I experienced this same issue in a ZTE Open C device in the past.

During that time, I opened a bug to track this issue:

Unfortunately, ZTE creates device-specific builds, and there is not much that Mozilla can do to resolve this issue directly. You should contact the support channels for ZTE directly, so that they may investigate and suggest possible solutions for this case.

For tracking purposes, can you please specify the version number and Build ID for your device, and where your device was purchased?
