I am trying to log onto the new Network research results
I have never been asked to enter 3 bits of information. 2 i am fine with. File number: OK Memorable Word: ?????????????? Group Password: OK
When clicking on forgotton information, it states that I have no details to confirm identity.

Hi Markfrench, Do you have a screenshot of this, from your description I am uncertain of what you are describing. How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
Firefox Password Manager is only set up for two fields. User name, and password. What you can do is go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a form filling add-on.
Details like websites remembering you (log you in automatically) are stored in a cookie.
- Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions
This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
