I need to turn off firefox to download something.
I am downloading the coupon printer and it is telling me to turn off the firefox firewall and I have no idea how to do it.

Firefox does not have a Firewall. I would reconsider installing this software. Most "coupon printers" are nothing more than thinly disguised viruses, and especially if it is asking you to turn off your Firewall or security. Immediately stop installation, and follow the below steps to ensure your computer is secure:
- Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware
- Download the latest version of Firefox from www.getfirefox.com and install it
- Delete anything related to the coupon printer program
