Hi marysp2, Thank you for your question, and apologies for the delay. I understand that you have a folder with an Old profile Data in it. Reminder Fox is an add on?
In laymans terms how to recover data from an old profile data folder: Reference: Restore bookmarks, passwords, and data from an old Firefox profile
- Create a new profile
- Find the new profile folder https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-d... or add on for opening profile folder
- Replace all the files from the old folder to this new profile folder
Please take note, resting Firefox also does this for you automatically.
