Need to install a version of firefox that is compatible with kaspersky pure 3.0

It is more important for me to have Kaspersky Pure 3.0 including Safe Money than Firefox 29, which updated automatically today for some reason from my previous version which worked and was compatible with Kaspersky Pure 3.0.

Do I just dump Firefox or can you fix the problem?

Hi,

Kaspersky needs to release an update for Firefox 29 in order for it to work. Have you tried contacting Kaspersky?

EDIT: Reading this (http://support.kaspersky.com/us/9636#block0), have you tried updating Kaspersky Pure?

Web-browsers supported by Kaspersky PURE 3.0 is "Mozilla Firefox 12.х - 23.x."

So two options

  • wait for update
  • Downgrade to 23 (not recommended)
