Hello, I have an issue with the history not being synced between my Android smartphone and my Windows PC/s.

History synchronizes just fine between my PCs (Win 10/11). Other sync functions between my phone and PC work just fine - checking the open tabs on another device, sending a tab to another device.

I am currently using 2 "sets" of Firefoxes on my devices with 2 different accounts, and the issue is present on both:

Set 1: Firefox - PC1 (Win10), PC2 (Win11), Phone (Motorola Edge 40 NEO) Set 2: Firefox Nightly - PC (Win11), Phone (Motorola Edge 40 NEO)

I already updated Firefox everywhere, logged out and in, cleared the cache & storage, restarted my phone etc.

I have both my PC and my phone signed into the same account and they are both synced. When using the option to send tab to my phone from my PC nothing appears on my phone but there's a pop-up on my PC saying it sent the tab or it was it's a check mark or something that suggests that it knows I wanted to send a tab. And then usually when I am trying to go to bed there is a tab that was playing on my PC so I go to bed and I open up my phone, I select the tab in the sync section and I sync the devices and then I attempt to close the tab. About half the time, honestly probably more the tab will not close and stays active on my PC and it is usually a twitch tab so then when I'm trying to sleep I just hear sound coming from my PC, the tab is gone from my phone so I can't even attempt to hit the x on it again so I end up having to get up and exit on my computer. I think also I've tried to send a tab from my phone to my PC, I could have sworn that was a thing and I don't remember that working either.

Sync does not transfer settings; preferences, extensions, etc. on mobile and there does not seem to be a way to do so at all. Terrible user experience setting up a new phone with Firefox.

I had a phone set up for synchronization, and the tabs were synced. Now, that phone has disappeared from my main phone—the one that listed all the devices—and all the tabs are gone. What should I do?

Firefox desktop and Fennec Android are syncing everything perfectly, including tabs from Fennec in Firefeox, except for when I try to view tabs from Firefox in Fennec I get the message: "You don't have any tabs open in Fennec on your other devices".

I have tried to figure out what's causing this and have searched for answers but I can't figure it out. Could anyone suggest what the problem might be please. Appologoes if this is something obvious I've just missed.

I have Firefox on two Windows PCs and a Pixel 8 Pro. If I make a change to my bookmarks on one PC, that change is quickly reflected on the other PC. This does not happen on my Android phone, which is signed in to the same account. I have tried logging out and in on the phone, and eventually deleted all data (not just cache) from Firefox on the phone, then uninstalled the app. I then re-installed Firefox on the phone, signed in to my Mozilla account, and set up my sync requirement including bookmarks. Firefox on the phone then installs a set of bookmarks which is several months out of date. I have repeated this process (delete data, uninstall / reinstall) several times, and signed in both with my email and by scanning a QR code on the PC. The same old set of bookmarks is synced to the phone every time. The old bookmarks which are synced to the phone are not synced to the PCs - those two devices are up to date and syncing correctly. It's almost as if there are two sets of bookmarks on the Mozilla server, one for the phone and one for the Windows PCs. I don't know where to go from here, can anyone help?

My mozilla account contains history entries from a job a no longer work at.

I've tried deleting history and databases on both mobile and desktop, yet some still persist. I've experienced the issue on multiple devices, making me assume there's something up with the history entries tied to the account.

I accidentally signed out of my Mozilla account on my previous device.Now, after signing in to my account on my new device, the data from my previous device is not coming through.How do I collect data from a previous device? Please help.

No matter what I do, sometimes, Firefox on my phone won't sync and it's driving me crazy to be honest. I don't know why it happens, it has no fixed schedule and it seems to go away on it's own in a seemingly random amount of time. In this instance, as I'm writing this I've been trying to sync with my PC for over an hour and it simply refuses to sync. I've tried restarting, force stoping , clearing cache.. Nothing. In the past I even tried reinstalling and for it to sync it took a while. I'm lost with this bug and it's been happening for a while now, I was hoping for a fix but so far it seems it hasn't come.

Please let me know if additional information is needed.

For years, I've been using FF on desktop (Linux), tablet (Android) and phone (Android - Samsung S24+). Sync has never been a problem until two weeks ago when FF on the phone has either refused to sync when I tapped the command, or hasn't synced for many hours or sometimes days (which is why I tried to do it manually). So, I signed out of my FF account on all 3 devices and then signed back in. The desktop computer and tablet are syncing normally, but the phone still won't sync. When I tap the 3-dot menu on the phone and then my name, it says the phone has NEVER been synced and tapping the sync command does nothing. Under "Choose what to sync", all options are checked, but greyed out. Can't change them, in other words. When I access bookmarks on the phone, it properly shows what was there before the last sync. The phone is running FF version 150.0 Build 2016155439

sync not working from: desktop to pixel 10 pro. desktop has folders and subfolders.

In addition sync not working from pixel 6 to desktop. pixel 6 is setup with folders and subfolders. There are approx 300 bookmarks

Installed Firefox on new android. When I try to sign in using sync the camera doesn't recognize the QR code on laptop pair screen, turned up brightness, hold closer and further away etc but just doesn't recognize. If I log in using email my passwords, history etc do not transfer.

I have used Firefox for years now and I always keep my sync on. When I sign in to a new device, I sync and all my data. I had a problem with my PC today and I downloaded Firefox for mobile on my Android tab. I tried signing in but forgotten my password, I did a reset and logged in and tried to sync but I can't find my previous data. I can't even see any of my previous devices. This is strange because it has always worked

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
