I run two companies. I will be getting rid of all Mozilla products in both of my companies. 200 employees in my home office will be deleting all mozilla products. I have written a letter to the CEO of my company to get him to discontinue Mozilla products worldwide (over 27 offices and 3000 employees. Pressuring an employee out of work based on his beliefs is deplorable. Let's find out where Mozilla stands on abortion and gun control and fire all employees who do not agree with Mozilla's beliefs on those topics. I hope your whole operation folds due to your shortsighted decision. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with Mozilla. What a terrible decision!!

hello, there are quite few misconceptions and wrong media reports flying around about what happened around brendan's resignation as ceo and from mozilla totally. please refer to https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2014/04/05/faq-on-ceo-resignation/ and https://medium.com/p/7645a4bf8a2 for more information on the subject.

unfortunately brendan made the personal decision to step down from his role among all this ongoing frenzy and mischaracterization of him as a person and the mozilla community, in order to avert any further damage to mozilla and its mission to advance the open web - so his intentions were just the opposite of what you are trying to achieve with a renewed call for boycott.

since this forum is a place to provide technical support for mozilla products and not a general place for discussing policies, i'm also going to close this thread. should you still have any concerns on the subject that you want to discuss, please take them to the mozilla governance mailing list located at https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/governance instead.

thank you!
