Why does Firefox give "Unsecured" error
I've recently built a new computer and de-activated some of the Windows features to make the computer run faster. When I installed Firefox, I continued to get a "This connection is untrusted" error message when trying to access any site requiring login information such as Google, Facebook and even Mozilla's site. When I do access these sites, images don't load and some pages appear as plain text as if there's no CSS file. Applications such as Gtalk won't log in, and I can't log onto MMOs I have downloaded through steam.
I've made a collage of the sort of errors I'm getting. Note that I've tried other browsers (Chrome) and gotten similar error messages.

Thanks. This solved my problem completely.
Mine is a brand new laptop, date and time are correct, and brand new installation of firefox. I cannot get to ANY pages.
Hi StormKatt
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
