Certain cities are not deletable on weather.com local list. Try deleting Blout, WV after making it a local city at the top of the weather.com home page.
Firefox 25.0 will not allow the deletion of certain cities once they've been entered on the weather.com local city weather shortcuts at the top of the home page. I have tried all of the weather.com options and tested this on other browsers Chrome and IE. I also tried deleting all of the weather.com cookies from Firefox, without success to my surprise. Windows 7 OS.
