hello etrotolo, from your system information it looks like you already have the latest version of firefox (15.0.1) installed, so it's possibly a glitch in norton's software...

Update Firefox to the latest release

Open Firefox browser. Select Help menu. And go to About Firefox, it will be automatically updated to the latest version It will show you are currently on the release update channel. Thanks
