when I try to import a contact file to form a new group I get: session has timed out try again . On every desktop I get this and I've just started the session. what am I not doing?
On all my desktops work and home I get the same message when trying to import a group of email addresses. I browse, find the file, highlight it, then click import. Each time I get the message that "session has timed out try again." The session can't be timed out when I've just begun the session.

upgrade your browser to Firefox 8 and check
just upgraded to Firefox. 8, but no difference. I get the same message that my session has timed out. Check getfirefox.com?? what specifically please. thanks, iokts
