Firefox configuration won't "hold" the proxy settings. I have to reset it every time I open the browser. It keeps going to manual.

It reverts back to "manual proxy settings" no matter how many times I change it to "no proxy".

It won't open sites with the manual setting.

I've tried clearing my cache, clearing out the info for the manual settings, etc. It won't stay.
