I clicked on the request to confirm my question last week,,, and nothing happened Please help. My bookmarks are corrupted and I want to de-install Firefox and re-install. I cannot re-order, delete or add bookmarks. I have a MacOSX. Please do not give me the run-around again... I am furious!. Janet

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
