My suggestion is .. why we don't add another button beside the back button, that back without refresh, by saving the page while its downloading, because a lot of websites this days using Ajax so we don't have to refresh the page when pressing back , and this is will make it look like fast browser even the browser don't do anything. like Facebook its refresh by itself, like Hotmail,like a lot pages, so just try to do it its gonna be awesome..
