firefox doesn't appear in application list in the task manager though the process work

the firefox window doesn;t appear and it doesn't appear in the application wndow of the task manager. however the firefox.exe is running in the processes. i tried waiting but firefox still doesn't work. i tried re-installng firefox and also restarting my computer but they doesn;t solve the problem.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

i tried to use firefox in the morning fter leaving the laptop run overnight
