I called the listed number and they say since I can use a different browser and access the account its not their problem. We verified the log in and its correct. My security system folks state no problem with the computer and I ran a full scan with no problem. I don't know how to overcome this unless I start using something other than Firefox. Please help David

Have you tried turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection?

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox for Android?

Could not find the enhance Tracker Protection or the add on for Android. I think this problem followed the latest Firefox update. I've clicked every place on FF looking or a redo on the update or some place to reload Haven't found it
